First ever Working Tests (Class E) 🫡 Bogey placed first and got awarded judges’ choice 🩵

Great organisation and fair judges from the UK, who gave wonderful tips on how to improve and grow (mainly for me as a handler to my amazing rocket of a dog) 😄

We have so much work ahead of us, but I am so so proud of the dog he is 🥹

Two of Bogey’s sisters also competed, so big congrats to them both too 🥰

WT Tábor 5.9.2026 💚

Our first experience with working tests came after a summer when I couldn’t really get myself to spend time on training. I struggled with Brew leaving and wasn’t in the right headspace to work with Bogey the way he needed.

But luckily our trainer @lucie_prchalova_profipes convinced me to go and try it out. I went in hoping that we could scrape through the tests, with my main goal being to learn as much as possible from them and the judges. With nothing to lose, we went through all four tests and I was so happy that we passed!

Messaging my friends that we did it by the skin of our teeth 😂 So once I found out that Bogey actually won, with 80/80 points I was utterly shocked 😄 The fact he got awarded Judges Choice was just a confirmation to me of how amazing he is, and how much work lies ahead of us (me mostly 🙈).

All in all, it was a wonderful experience, showing me exactly what I can expect from my dog, from working tests and what we need to work on 😌
