We need more conversations like this. More voices involved. More intentionality around healing in our communities. Mostly I think black youth need someone to be patient with them, to listen to them, to understand them, and to hear them out rather than casting judgement. I do group work with young people and consistently the thing they feel the most lack of is understanding from the older generations. #foodforthought #blackmentalhealthmatters #blackmentalhealth #blacktherapist #blacktherapists by @brianalenez
