Appreciate everyone who came out to support our back to school drive. We got a ton of supplies to donate to the kids. There will be plenty more opportunities to give back because we are healthy and able. We love to uplift our city when we get the chance. Come join us anytime! Happy Wednesday!

It’s Wednesday again and you know how we do!!!
5K, same crew, same corner, same “I promise I’ll go slow today” lie we all tell ourselves at the start line.
We keep showing up anyway. That’s kind of the whole point.

Come be slow with us!

The energy after a Wednesday run is unmatched, everybody out here glowing and ready to celebrate these gains. This is what this run collective is really about, the people and the energy we bring out of each other every single time we lace up. BMRC showed out yesterday just like we do every week. We back next Wednesday for more.

See you soon

The 2026 Mental Health Professionals Brunch 💚was such a beautiful time connecting and networking with clinicians across the field—clinical social workers, counselors, school-based therapists, psych NPs, and more.

One thing that kept coming up was the need for spaces like this. Private practice—and even this work in general—can feel isolating at times, and moments like this remind us that we’re not alone.

I’m so grateful to be able to create spaces where we can connect, consult, and confide in one another. I left feeling poured into, inspired, and already looking forward to the next one. ✨Join the waitlist to be notified of the next one!
