I used to be so stiff lol and realized I starting to struggle with basic things in my day to day activities.

Walking up steps hurt. I couldn’t get super low and I was sitting a lot for work. I experienced that lol at 27/28.

I found a trainer @vikkitoria.t who met me where I was, reminded me who I was and help pull something out of me.

Struggles will always come but my mobility can’t be one of the lmao.

I felt soooo uncomfortable and uncoordinated starting out but glad I stuck to it….while im naturally still uncoordinated ☠️ I feel way stronger to do simple day to day activities. by @brianalynee

On the days I feel like nothing is happening, I review my progress photos, really sit and reflect on the things that are working.

It’s all mental. It’s a marathon not a sprint.

The hardest part is starting. It’s hard to wake up when you don’t feel like it. It’s hard to push yourself when the desire isn’t there….

But it’s also hard to be old and stiff too lol. Pick your hard and do it anyways. I was never really good at this but just kept going lol and now we are here. Do it hard, do it scared, do it confused…DO IT!
