Are we getting more into trail running? 👀

On our first longrun with @bulle_baeckerei from their location in Staufenplatz, we explored new trails around Grafenberg. It was so much fun…Hopefully not our last run there!

Thanks for hosting us, and hopefully this is the start of more adventures and delicious pastries from @bulle_baeckerei 🤤

Track Thursday with our guest @nikerunning 🔥🔥🔥

We tested the new Pegasus - 3x400m relay format, mixed teams. Just honest work and cheering up your relay partners.

No overthinking, just running.

Thanks to everyone. ❤️
Stay tuned for what’s next on 22nd of August 🫢

Coffee, Trails and good people. 💚💚💚

Last weekend @bridge.runners teamed up with @thn_n_thr , @afewstore and @keeneurope to take the new KEEN trail shoes out for a Longrun. Starting at @lightroast.de in Flingern, we headed into Grafenberger Wald for an easy morning run and a chance to put the shoes to the test.

Big thanks to everyone who joined, and made it such a fun one. Looking forward to the next adventure together. 🤝

Throwback to the loudest spot on the @duesseldorfmarathon course. 📣 Grateful for everyone who showed up, screamed their lungs out, and made our cheering zone what it was. 🫶🥳
