Saturday morning ride with my love.

Bikes tuned up. So smooth and quiet.🤫

Beautiful tree canopy 🌲

Hills that aren’t bridges! 🤩

Felt it in my legs, lungs and ♥️

Saw an armadillo and a hawk up close.

Nice to be back in the saddle.

Probably time for new shoes.👟

I'll be honest with you.

My energy is low today. The stress of the world around me has settled into my body and I feel it.

And...I'm still showing up tonight.

Not because I have to. Because I know what happens when I breathe with intention. I've felt it in my own body and I've heard similar stories from other participants and fellow facilitators. It's why we do this work. Because it makes an impact.

SOMA Breath® is unlike anything I've tried before. Rhythmic breathing, breath holds, meditation and visualization — all set to music that moves me, outside and inside. What participants have told me after class is that they found their way to relaxation through a different type of energy than typical meditation.

I need that tonight. Maybe you do too.

We're at Hilda Hair Salon, 534 N Main St, Gainesville. Doors open at 6 PM.

$15 at the door. Bring your mat, pillow, water and an optional blanket.

I know what you might be thinking.

Breathwork sounds intense. Maybe a little out there. Something for people who are already deep into their wellness journey.

I thought the same thing once.

Here’s what I actually witness in every SOMA Breath® session:
People arrive carrying the weight of their week. They lie down, they follow the rhythm of the music, they breathe.

And somewhere in that hour, something shifts.
The body relaxes. Not the kind of relaxation that takes three glasses of wine to get to. A deeper one. The kind that feels like your nervous system finally got the message that it’s safe to let go.

Peace settles in. Not forced. Not performed. Just quiet.
And almost always, people leave seeing something differently than when they walked in. A situation. A relationship. Themselves.

That’s what a single SOMA Breath® session can do.
No experience necessary. No special equipment. Just you, your breath, and a willingness to show up.

We have a few spots left for Sunday July 19th at MO’s Garden Events + Workbench in Gainesville. I’d love to see you there.

I didn't start here.

I started in a very loud head, racing between every role I was carrying — leader, mother, daughter, sister, friend — and quietly convinced I wasn't measuring up to any of them.

Only once my life fell apart did I ultimately surrender.

That was 17 years ago. The work I've been doing since then — on myself, quietly, consistently — changed everything.

Breathwork was the unexpected doorway I walked through on that journey.

The Sunday Reset on July 19th is my way of opening that door for others right here in Gainesville.

Come breathe with me.

Early bird tickets still available. Link in bio to learn more.

Sometimes I imagine what it would feel like to have a place with no judgment.

Just warmth. Just welcome.

When I've been really struggling, I hug my dog. My dogs have seemed to know when I'm suffering. They don't try to fix it. They just stay. They lick my face and press their bodies close and somehow that is enough.

The ocean does something similar for me.

When I stand at the water's edge and look out at something that vast, whatever I'm carrying starts to feel different. Not smaller exactly. More like it has somewhere to go. Like something big enough to hold it finally showed up.

The ocean doesn't solve anything. It just stays.

I've been sitting with something this week. The particular kind of love it takes to hold space for someone without trying to rescue them. To stay present with their pain without making it my project. To trust that they will find their own way through if I just remain steady beside them.

It's harder than it sounds.

There's a pressure that builds in my chest when I do this. My mind goes very active. Every instinct says step in, say something, smooth it over.

But the most loving thing is sometimes just to stay.

Like the ocean. Like my dogs.

Have you ever had to love someone from that kind of stillness? by @bridge2bliss

It's happening.

We're bringing SOMA Breath® to Gainesville — and we could not be more excited to share this experience with this community.

On Sunday July 19th, we'll gather at MO's Garden Events + Workbench in the Grove Street neighborhood for a morning that I promise your nervous system will thank you for.

Bring your mat, your pillow, and your water. Leave everything else at the door.

Early bird tickets are still available. Link in bio to learn more and grab your spot.

See you there. 🤍

There is a moment in every program session that stays with me.
When I look around the room or the screen and I see it.

Relaxed faces. Content expressions. The kind of quiet that isn't empty. It's full.

That's what a SOMA Breath® journey looks like when it lands.

And it almost always lands.

Because SOMA Breath® isn't your average breathwork. It's rhythmic. It's musical. It moves through you like a wave. And honestly? It's fun in the way that anything feels fun when your whole nervous system finally exhales.

I'm a certified @somabreath facilitator, and I bring it to every session with one intention: that you leave feeling more like yourself than when you walked in.

If you've ever been curious about breathwork but weren't sure it was for you, this might be your sign.

I have something coming up on July 19 here in Gainesville I'd love to share. Link in bio to learn more. by @bridge2bliss

It's really happening — Gainesville's Sunday Reset is out in the wild 🌅

Smiled when my flyer went up at @axistrainingstudio yesterday evening (thank you again, friends!). Kind, professional trainers + some of the best workouts I've had since I moved here. Yesterday's was one of the toughest yet, in a GOOD way! If you train your body here, consider this your invitation to train your nervous system, too.

The 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 - a guided SOMA Breath® journey, right in the Grove Street neighborhood. I'm still fairly new to Gainesville, and I'd love to fill this little room (just 12 seats) with local faces.

🌅 Sun, July 19 · 8:30 AM
📍 @mos_gardenevents · NW 4th Street, Gainesville
✨ Early bird $45 · Link in bio

Tag someone who could use a reset. 💛

Gainesville — what if Sunday felt like a reset, not a countdown to Monday?
I'm still fairly new here, and I can't think of a better way to meet this city than to breathe with it.

So on Sunday, July 19, I'm hosting my first in-person breath experience right in our Grove Street neighborhood: The 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁 — a guided SOMA Breath® journey. One hour to put everything down, breathe, and come home to yourself. No experience needed.

It's intentionally small — just 12 seats — so the room stays close and personal. Stay for an optional second hour for a taste of the bigger work of BLISS, or float out after the breath. Your call.

✨ 𝟭𝟮 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 · 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗱 $𝟰𝟱

New-in-town friends and lifelong locals alike — this one's for you. Tag someone who could use a reset. 💛
