Extra weight in training. Extra height on match day.
Our 5kg Brightweights vest is used in line-out coaching to increase lifter strength and jumper power — so when the vest comes off, performance goes up.

One of our favourite dive couples 🤍

Just look at how clean this dive is.
Calm water, steady movement, full focus.

Our belt and multi-coloured slug weights in action in Hawaii while swimming with sharks.

The slug system allows weights to be easily changed while wearing the belt, helping you fine-tune balance and dial in a precise CtA throughout the dive.
