Our first retreat in Sintra was something special…

So we’re doing it again.

Five days of dance, yoga, breathwork, nature, nourishing food, connection and plenty of time to slow down.

Beginners welcome for all activities - dip in and out of whatever you feel the pull to!

Manifesting a beautiful morning for our first ever Roots Wellness Event tomorrow 🙏

We kick off at 10:00 am 🧘

Attendees can arrive at 9:45 ish and hang out in the cafe until we let you in to the Auditorium 🎞️

This Sunday the 4th of October we will be hosting our first ever wellness event in the Dun Laoghaire Lexicon Auditorium 📚

Safe to say we’re all blown away that the tickets have sold out already !!!

We decided to take things into our own hands and host the event indoors to save any potential battles with the weather on the day🌦️

This means there was a limited amount of free tickets available. If you were lucky enough to grab one we will see you on Sunday !!!

The auditorium in the @dlr.lexicon is an incredible space and we’re all very much looking forward to welcoming you in for a morning of yoga, breathwork, tunes and free coffee and cacao 💅

You can join the waiting list by going to the Eventbrite link in our bio. Generally speaking people will always drop out so keep an eye on your emails closer to Sunday 🙏

This is only the start and there will be many more events to come so don’t worry if you missed out on this one ❤️

6km swim through Killary Fjord with a special group of people. I love our smiling faces in photo 2 and the shot of my little pre-swim meditation at the end. It's also cool to see the vastness of the Fjord in the drone shot, which gives an idea of the distance we covered. Our final social of the summer is happening on the 19th of September.

These days have always been about the same thing — getting people together, meeting someone new, having proper conversations and taking a bit of time away from everything else.

A chance to reconnect with yourself and with the people around you.
