Summer is coming in hot DanceFam, and so is our unofficial safety patrol with ways we can stay safe and take care of each other! 🌞🫂

Here's a few hot tips from our safety patrol:

- Did you know there is an auxiliary bathroom? During regular business hours, you can head next door to the State Farm building for those time when you've really gotta go, but our restroom is occupied! 🚽

-We've all spilled something in our lives. If you or a class mate spills on the floor, please grab some paper towels from the cubbies or bathroom to clean up so no one slips! 💧

-Practice caution when going upstairs!📶

-Park only in designated areas! Help us be good neighbors by staying away from parking in front of the state farm and dentist offices. You can park along the fence, in front of our garage door (not the other one!) and at the park around the corner! 🚗 by @brina_rdb

Seattle, we’re coming for you.

GROOV3 creator @heybenallen and All-Star @slaywithchante are bringing the Studio Experience to the Pacific Northwest and DJ Lyfeline is going to make sure you feel every second of it. 90 mins of choreo-driven dance, live DJ in the mix, ending with a full performance of everything you just learned.

This is GROOV3 at its best. In a room, with a crowd, with a DJ, and two of the best in the game leading the way.

Saturday, June 20 | 6:00 - 7:30pm
@seattledancefitness Shoreline WA
Tickets are $39 and link in bio.
*space is limited so don’t wait

Tomorrow is the DAY!!! 😍 We are so very excited to welcome one of our own to the stage for her first time teaching GROOV3 tomorrow! Sabrina was MADE for this job and has been very much requested to take the stage by her peers because her dance energy & style is SO FUN & aspirational! She embody’s the SDF spirit and is just so fun to dance with!! We hope you show Sabrina the love & support she deserves by showing up to class tomorrow (GROOV3 at 415pm) or by dropping her a supportive comment or BOTH! We love you @brina_rdb and are so excited for you to slay that stage tomorrow!!!
