Hail to @zwartekunst666 for scoring MALEFIC NECROPOLIS 85/100 🔥

“Malefic Necropolis is Sidious’ strongest work to date. The production cuts without suffocating, the riffs linger like scars, the drums animate every passage with precision and force. The bass, rare enough, stands as an equal weapon. This album demands attention without shouting for recognition. It stands firm in its own conviction, rooted in the second wave, reinforced with death metal muscle, and carried by British coldness. For those who breathe bands like Marduk, 1349, Dark Funeral, Watain, Enthroned, Gorgoroth and Ragnarok, this is an essential work. Thirty-five minutes that continue to burn.”

“Sidious are not, like many of the greatest things in life, trying to fix what was never broken. This is solid, reliable, dependable, well executed and incredibly well produced second wave black metal and is a joy/horror to listen to from start to finish. Black is the hex code #000000 and, quite frankly, where bands like Sidious are concerned, let’s leave it that way. Highly recommended.”

Great words shared by @tasting_notes_podcast regarding our latest offering - Malefic Necropolis.
