If I had to choose one picture that could possibly capture how I feel about Alaska, this would be it. The vastness of this state, the wildlife that calls this beautiful land home and the ever changing terrain is something I have never experienced. It’s enough to make a sentimental person, such as myself, emotional, to say the least. Let’s hear it for protected lands!!!

Luckily I don’t have to choose one picture and there will be be many more Alaska posts to come 🫶🏼 taken in Alaska by @britgetbaker

when you visit an east coast beach, you automatically get to be 16 years old again I don’t make the rules

lost my dirty myrtle virginity! long distance, adult friendships unfortunately mean seeing each other once a year (if you’re lucky). It’s truly so special to belly giggle with a lifelong friend, to hug your friend’s parents after not seeing them for 4 years even though at one point in your life you slept over at their house all summer long, to sit on the floor cross-legged and get ready using a full-length mirror because dinner is in a half hour and you just left the beach. The feeling is so nostalgic that it hurts. It refilled my cup more than I could have ever anticipated 🫶🏼 taken in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina by @britgetbaker
