GBR foil coach Keith Cook, who'll be coaching Mohammed at #Dakar2026, talks ahead of the fencing event... 💬

"I'm really looking forward to coaching Mohammed at the Youth Olympic Games. It's a fantastic opportunity for him to represent his country and compete against some of the best young fencers in the world.

"Our preparation is focused on ensuring he arrives confident, ready to compete, and able to express himself on the piste. For me, it's about developing his ability to adapt, make good decisions under pressure, and trust his instincts.

"The Youth Olympics are a special experience, and I want Mohammed to embrace the occasion, enjoy the challenge, and compete with freedom and confidence.

"It's a privilege to coach him at such an important event, and I'm excited to see what he can achieve."
