🚨 THE VAULT HAS BEEN OPENED. 🚨

I was 15 YEARS OLD when I made this Thrift Shop by @macklemore music video 😭💀

For context: I was bullied BADLY throughout high school. Like… character-development levels of bullied. The bullying + isolation did an absolutely DIABOLICAL number on my mental health, and somewhere along the way my social circle became approximately three band geeks, four anime kids, and the imaginary friends in my head. 🎺⛩️🎥

And honestly??? Those were my people. 😂

While everybody else was busy being cool, I was apparently out here directing music videos, putting together concepts, recruiting a cast and creating entire productions at FIFTEEN.

Was it giving Hollywood? No.

Was it giving zero-dollar production budget, teenage delusion and an unreasonable amount of confidence?

ABSOLUTELY.

Also, before anybody watches this and thinks, “Wow, I wonder if any of these people are available for my next production?”—

NO. ❤️

For legal purposes, everyone pictured here is a wonderful, delightful human being and I wish them nothing but success.

For comedic purposes?

DO NOT HIRE THE CAST. Most of these girls bullied me to the point of me wanting to commit s*icide. Not the best to work with. 😭😭😭

Anyway, here is archaeological evidence that I have apparently been doing the absolute most since adolescence.

15-year-old me had no idea where all of this creativity would eventually take her.

But she kept making things anyway. ❤️

🎬 Be honest: if you knew me in high school, DID YOU THINK I WAS GOING TO TURN OUT LIKE THIS?! 😂👇

Do you believe in miracles?

There’s something sacred about the way birds move between earth and sky. 🕊️✨

Maybe that’s why so many traditions see them as messengers—symbols of the soul, freedom, transformation, and the mysterious space between this life and whatever comes next.

A bird may leave the ground, but it doesn’t disappear. It simply goes somewhere our eyes can no longer follow.

Maybe rebirth is like that, too. Not an ending, but a transformation. Not gone—just changed. Different form. Different sky. Same soul. ♾️🪽

Some things don’t die. They just learn how to fly. 🕊️

I made this video in high school, long before I understood how disturbing some of its themes would feel years later.

The fictional story imagined a wealthy and powerful trafficker using money, influence, and access to medical professionals to exert control over vulnerable young people—including a storyline involving sex-change procedures. Watching it now, against the backdrop of what has since become public about Jeffrey Epstein, is unsettling.

Considering the last few seconds of the film are in a men's bathroom - and knowing what we know about Epstein putting cameras in automatic flushing toilets is DAMNING. What is documented is that Epstein sexually exploited and trafficked minors, some as young as INFANTS, and relied on a network of employees and associates to facilitate access to victims. More recently released records and reporting have also examined his relationships with medical professionals and the medical care arranged for women around him.

For me, the educational value of revisiting this film isn't about saying, “I predicted every detail.” It's about asking why a teenager could imagine a world in which wealth, institutional authority, medicine, exploitation, and the vulnerability of children could intersect—and why safeguarding systems matter so much.

Art can sometimes explore fears and patterns long before we have the language or information to fully understand them.

Thought-provoking question: When an old piece of art unexpectedly resembles events that later come to light, do you see it as prediction—or as evidence that young people sometimes notice warning signs in society that adults overlook?

CHICAGO… I had to call in a hometown hero. 🌎⚡️

Petra’s putting together the Avengers, and apparently saving Chicago requires thinking a little OUTSIDE the multiverse.

So who do you call when the mission requires a Chicago native who’s never exactly been known for doing things quietly?

Ye. 😭

Two Chicago creatives.
Two oversized egos.
One very questionable plan to save the city.

Tony Stark is absolutely NOT approving this meeting.

But Petra didn’t ask. 🕷️🔥

And apparently the city isn’t the only thing on the rescue list. According to Ye, all you beautiful black sheep in the fandom need saving too — and we BOTH know a guy named Jesus. 😂🙏🏽🐑

Welcome to the team, @ye 💜🕷😈

The Avengers just got a whole lot louder 🎤

🎨 Fan-created Marvel-inspired universe.

Would YOU trust Petra and Ye to save Chicago… or should somebody call the real Avengers? 😂👇

Apparently I've been doing this for a while. 😂🎬

Found this film I made in HIGH SCHOOL and I genuinely cannot decide whether to laugh, cringe, or give teenage me her flowers.

The budget? Questionable. The commitment? Unnecessarily serious. The drama? CINEMA. 🎥

But looking back at old work is kind of beautiful. Before the plans, before knowing where any of it would lead, I just loved creating.

Everybody starts somewhere. This was one of my somewheres. ❤️

Be honest: did teenage me have range? 😂👇

I wear the flowers so you can see the beauty 🌹

The thorns represent what it cost🥀

Frida Kahlo understood that beauty and pain were never opposites. She painted the body that hurt her, the love that broke her, and the life that refused to break her spirit.

This is my love letter to the women who turn wounds into art, pain into color, and survival into something beautiful.

Some flowers only bloom after they’ve learned to grow around the thorns.

🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀

EARTH 🌎 — cerca 2026. 🕷️

Somewhere in Chicago, a Psychology student has a thesis due at midnight.

Unfortunately, villains have terrible timing 🤦‍♀️

Meet Petra Parker 🔵🔴🕷

Psych student. Chicago girl. Professional overthinker. Very unprofessional crime fighter.

@marvel - I have a few ideas. 😉

Who wants to see what happens next? 🕸️

You call me out upon the waters

The great unknown where feet may fail

And there I find You in the mystery

In oceans deep my faith will stand

I will call upon Your Name

And keep my eyes above the waves

When oceans rise

My soul will rest in Your embrace

For I am Yours and You are mine

Your grace abounds in deepest waters

Your sovereign hand will be my guide

Where feet may fail and fear surrounds me

You’ve never failed and You won’t start now

Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders

Let me walk upon the waters

Wherever You would call me

Take me deeper than my feet could ever wander

And my faith will be made stronger

In the presence of my Saviour

I will call upon Your Name

Keep my eyes above the waves

My soul will rest in Your embrace

I am Yours and You are mine by @brittknee.melons
