“Been inside all winter, she outside* for the summer.”

*And by outside, I mean on your feed! 💁🏽‍♀️

If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ve likely seen the evolution of my wellness journey:

🥊 boxing
🏃🏽‍♀️ running
🫨 Lagree
🏋🏽‍♀️ lifting weights

Plus a three-year plant-based-only diet!

But my zeal for wellness expands well beyond fitness and food - journaling, walks, prayer, baths, meditation, solitude, time with friends, and so much more.

I devote hours a day to self care practices and I feel passionate that everyone should build a habit of holistic well-being. So expect to see more expressions of self care in my little corner of Beyoncé’s internet. 😌

What are some ways you practice self care daily? Do you spend as much time caring for yourself as you’d like? Let’s chat in the comments. 👇🏽
