IT’S OFFICIAL. Britton Fuglseth Design has a studio!

Located right here in Argyle, Minnesota — this space has been built from the ground up with the help, support, and encouragement of incredible local businesses, community leaders, and people who believed in this vision from the very beginning. I am endlessly grateful to be part of a community that shows up the way this one does.

This studio allows me to serve my clients in a whole new way — and I’m excited to now be offering branding sessions for businesses who are ready to elevate their marketing with intentional, professional imagery.

This space was also created to be shared. It will be available to rent for photographers, creatives, and small gatherings or events, with hopes of hosting fun community events here in the future.

She’s not completely finished yet, but I couldn’t wait any longer to share what’s been in the works behind the scenes.

There are additional units available in the building as well. If you’ve been looking for a space of your own, reach out and I’ll connect you with the right people.

BIG NEWS: I’m going full time!

After 20 years in school—first with a backpack, then with a lesson plan—I’m finally stepping fully into the dream that’s been on my heart since day one. This isn’t just a career shift… it’s a calling. A God-given one.

Photography found me before I even knew what it meant to have a “calling.” But every time I picked up my camera, I felt it—purpose, joy, connection, home.

So here I am. No plan B. Just wild faith, grit, and a deep love for capturing the moments that make life beautiful. Let’s be real — the lighting is so much better over here.

To every client who ever believed in me, and to the younger me who dreamed of this life—thank you. I’m all in.

Let’s make magic. Full time. For real.

THE SEAVERS | John + Malanna

Some days remind me exactly why God placed a camera in my hands, and Monday was one of those days.

Somewhere in the mountains of Montana, surrounded by the most breathtaking views, I got to document a love that was somehow even more beautiful than the scenery around us.

John and Malanna. I genuinely don’t know if I could find the right words to describe these two. The kindness, the warmth, the way they love each other and the people around them. They are the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve known them forever, and getting to witness a day so full of genuine love was nothing short of a blessing.

I think one of the greatest gifts this career has given me is the opportunity to create art out of moments that people will never get back. To travel to places I’ve only dreamed of, meet people I otherwise never would have crossed paths with, and be trusted to tell a small piece of their story.

And sometimes, in the middle of the mountains with my camera in hand, I find myself feeling a little more like me again. Fully present, inspired, and reminded of just how much I love what I get to do. Moments like these are healing in ways I can’t quite explain.

John and Malanna, thank you for being such a beautiful reminder of why I do this. Your love, your hearts, and this day will stay with me for a very long time.

THE LOVES | Myles + Kylie

Some wedding days just hit a little closer to home, and this was one of them.

I’ve grown up alongside Kylie my entire life, and from the moment I met Myles, I just knew he was her person. Getting to watch one of your best friends marry the love of her life is one thing, but getting to stand beside her as a personal attendant AND capture pieces of their day is something I’ll cherish forever.

And let me tell you, these two know how to throw a PARTY. From sunup to sundown, it was nothing short of beautiful, chaotic in the best way, and SO full of love. Every little detail was stunning, but nothing compared to seeing two people I love so much be celebrated by everyone who loves them.

One of the greatest gifts this job has given me is the opportunity to document some of the biggest moments in the lives of the people closest to me. There’s something so special about getting to be both a friend and the person behind the camera, knowing just how much these moments mean.

I love you two BIG. What a day, what a party, and what a privilege to be a part of it all.

THE VAN DEN EINDES | Brandon + Annika

Saturday called for rain. All. Day. We had backup plans beyond backup plans, and somehow Mother Nature heard every single one of our prayers. The skies held off, the gloominess made everything feel extra cozy, and we didn’t let the forecast stop us for a second.

This wedding was such a sentimental one for me.

Brandon has always been like an extra little brother to me. He and my brother have been friends for as long as I can remember, so I grew up with him and his brothers. Then, years later, I met Annika after marrying my husband and moving up to their neck of the woods. Somehow all these different pieces of my life came together, and I got to be the one documenting their wedding day.

I have photographed MANY, many couples, and I’m not lying when I say these two were handpicked by God for each other. They are genuinely the male and female versions of one another. I don’t think I’ve ever had a couple stop me in my tracks quite like these two and make me think, “Wow. THIS is what it means to be made for each other.”

I cried. I laughed. I prayed for that rain to stay away… and I left feeling so incredibly grateful that I got to have a small part in a day that meant so much to me.

Brandon + Annika, you two are something special. 🤍

3/4 Gapp family weddings in the books, and let me tell you—they NEVER disappoint.

If I could go back and redo my own wedding, this one would be the inspo. And if you know me, you know it makes perfect sense. Browns, tiramisu, espresso martinis, all wrapped into the most perfect fall wedding!? DONE.

What a DAY. Truly the most perfect September wedding.

TRENTON + NATALIE

I had these two absolute gems in front of my camera a few weeks ago, and I’m still not over how much fun this session was.

I’ve known Natalie for a little while now, but I’m pretty convinced we’re the same person just living on opposite sides of the state. And Trenton? Basically my husband, also living on the opposite side of the state.

Needless to say, the four of us would probably get along a little too well.

These two made the entire evening feel less like a session and more like hanging out with old friends. So much laughing, so much personality, and the kind of love that’s just FUN to photograph.

I could go back and relive this one again and again and again. Natalie + Trenton, you two are absolute models.

THE BENOITS | Ryan + Kaylie

Saturday truly felt like the first wedding of fall, and I couldn’t have asked for a better day to welcome it.

From the very beginning, the entire day just felt calm. Maybe it was the crisp air, the slower pace, or simply being surrounded by two of the sweetest people, but there was something so peaceful about this one. The cooler temperatures finally made it feel like fall, and then the sun warmed everything up just in time for their outdoor ceremony.

Beautiful weather, a gorgeous day, and an even better couple. Celebrating the Benoits was such a good one. Congratulations, Kaylie + Ryan!

Our original plan for Avi’s senior mini was wildflowers, but when that didn’t work out, we switched gears completely and went for some urban vibes instead.

And dare I say…

I think I like these EVEN MORE.

Sometimes the backup plan ends up being the best plan, because these are easily some of my personal favorites. Sweet Avi absolutely killed it!!

CONNOR + RYANNA

We did Connor + Ryanna’s engagement session right at their farmstead and I swear it felt like I was back taking my own engagement photos.

Something about farm engagement sessions just GETS ME. Home, fields, equipment, the places that are actually part of your everyday life — give me all of it.

Obsessed with these two in a completely normal and not weird way hehe. Cannot wait for their wedding!!
