A favorite of ours from the past couple of years… Illusion Lupulin is back! This 7.9% NE style DIPA is Double Dry Hopped with some of the juiciest New Zealand hops we could get our hands on: Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka.

Pouring a bright tangerine color, Illusion Lupulin is loaded with notes of fresh citrus, sweet pineapple, passionfruit, juicy peach, and white grapes mixed with a splash of lime juice.

After a 3 year hiatus, this fan favorite returns just in time for fall…

Yam Jams is an 8% ABV Milkshake style DIPA inspired by the popular Filipino dessert - Ube Halaya. Known for its distinctive purple color, ube is a yam native to Southeast Asia. Ube halaya is made with ube that is boiled, mashed, and combined with butter and a sweet milk (typically coconut or condensed). This richly flavored jam (no pun intended) can be eaten on its own or used as a base in pastries, ice cream, and other desserts.

For our take on this sweet treat, we brewed up our usual Jams base, added a healthy dose of creamy Lactose, Double Dry Hopped with some Citra and Mosaic, and finally conditioned the liquid on an insane amount of Ube Purée, fresh Coconut, Marshmallow, and Vanilla. This beer pours a uniquely deep dark-purple color and is topped by a creamy, violet-colored, head. Upon tasting Yam Jams, we’re finding notes of sticky melted marshmallows layered between shredded coconut, tangy tangerine slices, sweet tropical smoothie, and a distinct nutty flavor from the ube. taken in New Jersey by @brixcitybrewing

What a weekend at the track!

We had an absolute blast at the annual BBQ & Craft Beer Festival this past weekend. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to catch a groove, talk shop, and share a pour with us. We had an awesome time chatting with everyone and stuffing our faces with ALL the delicious BBQ.

We’re tuning the dial into an unconventional frequency and exploring the notes between the notes. Microtonal Jams is the latest evolution of our iconic Jams Series, pulling inspiration from the raw, hypnotic, and genre-bending energy of microtonal rock. Built to disrupt standard tuning and ditch traditional scale, this brew brings a wildly expressive rhythm straight to your glass.

Clocking in at an effortlessly drinkable 6.2% ABV, this hazy NE style IPA is a high-fidelity sensory trip dialed in for maximum hop saturation. We’ve hit this batch with a heavy Double Dry Hopping of Citra, Nectaron, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin… a quartet designed for complex flavor and to hit every micro-nuance on the palate.

Expect an electric opening of bright lime zest, crushed white wine grapes, and sweet nectarine, followed by intricate layers of passionfruit, ripe peach, and subtle lemongrass.
