No pain no gain. 👊🏽 Always good to have a training partner to push you. We both aren’t fans of running, so naturally, when @hyroxamerica comes to town, we do it. Why? Because sometimes you gotta do things that make you uncomfortable. THIS is how you grow. (Glad it’s done 😂)
