Welcome to the future (spoiler: it's here)!

Virtual home walkthroughs with AR goggles?

All I can say is: the Jetsons are real, guys.
And I served them Beef Tartare.

Tonight I was with The Chef's Acre for Su Casa Design at Plan Your Space in Burnaby!

I went home feeling slightly less intelligent but somehow more inspired. I consider this a win.

I’m excited to share that I’ve joined the @plan.your.space team as the new studio director. I’m the latest addition to the powerhouse team of industry experts, and it’s such an honour working with such a talented group.

I was first introduced to the PYS founder @manvirdeol10 by @kylaraycreative in 2023, and that year PYS exhibited in IDS Vancouver, and well, the rest is history. We collaborated on a few projects over the last few years, and this is where I started to understand just how amazing the team is and that they shared my intense passion for design and events. Thank you Kyla for that introduction. ✨

The new Plan Your Space studio in Burnaby is an immersive experience where we take your floor plans from paper to full 1:1 scale with our projection technology, and you’re able to walk through your future home or commercial project in full life-size floor plans projected on the ground. Then it really gets fun when we bring in the walls and furniture on wheels to layer in the experience so you can start to see the true scale of the space and how different rooms and design details interact.

It’s hard to describe the space and do it justice, and it’s 100% best experienced in person. If you would like a tour and demo of what we do, please reach out to me via DM or email at bronwyn@planyourspace.com.

PS - our studio is also the lower mainland’s most exciting new event venue in town. It’s a blank canvas that’s waiting to be transformed for future events and experiential installations. taken in Plan Your Space by @bronwyn_00

Call For Collaborators for IDS Vancouver 2022

We’ve done some pretty magical things over the years with our feature spaces at IDS Vancouver and for 2022 when we finally return to in-person events we’re looking for a few people to collaborate with on a couple feature spaces. The application is in the link in my bio or message me ✨✨✨ taken in Vancouver Convention Centre by @bronwyn_00

In celebration of International Women’s Day @ak_thehomekitchen organized a series of discussions with female leaders in their industry on the topics of food, wine, events and design. We chatted about the return of large-scale events, how COVID has changed the way we see ‘home’ and how that now affects our approach to Design. Thank you Alison and we’re looking forward to you speaking at IDS Vancouver in September. @idsvancouver @idstoronto by @bronwyn_00

Happy birthday Mr. Woo 🎉 15 years ago we met at a club downtown. It was your birthday so I bought you a shot. You asked for my number and I entered it into your flip phone. Let’s come up with a different story for when Elliot asks where we met ok?! by @bronwyn_00

Our outdoor DIY project is complete. It took 3 trips to the store and 4 different sets of lights but it’s done and we love it! Now Elliot is asking to eat dinner outside every night even if we’re freezing but of course we give in. by @bronwyn_00
