I want to tell you something the property industry doesn’t want you to know.

Flipping property in Dubai is not as hard as they want you to think. And you have far less to lose than you’ve been told.

I know that because I did it with no money, no track record, and no background in finance.

I had people (including family) tell me no. I did it anyway. Not because I was brave. Not because I was ready. Because I decided that staying where I was cost more than trying.

I’ve now managed over 20 flips in Dubai. And the number one thing I see holding women back is not money. It’s not knowledge. It’s the story they’ve been told about who this is for.

It’s not for you, they say. It’s complicated. It’s risky. You need more experience. More capital. More confidence. More time.
