4 years ago I was a primary school teacher making AED50/hr. I knew I was a hard worker but wasn’t getting paid for it. I put my life savings into our first real estate investment & got my license.

We took this 3 bedroom 1 ensuite villa and turned it into a 4 bedroom 4 ensuite beautiful state of the art home 😍😍

We’ve added solid Travertine throughout, engineered wood flooring & Taj Mahal as well as a 9 meter private swimming pool!

The investors in this flip project are earning a passive return with our investment company @choucair.properties and all contracting work has been handled in house with @elvn_interiors 🙌🏻
