If you’re making <5% on your money in the bank then watch this 🤍

4 years ago I was a primary school teacher making AED50/hr. I knew I was a hard worker but wasn’t getting paid for it. I put my life savings into our first real estate investment & got my license.

Since then I’ve built a property investment company focussed on flipping real estate @choucair.properties offering investors a low risk, passive return & founded the #1 contractor for investors in Dubai @elvn_interiors 🏡

I realised it’s not as hard as people want you to believe it is, and you can start with significantly less (even none at all) capital than you might think, so I’ve been showing other first time investors how to get started.

Comment “CLASS” to get trained by Brooke. Comment “INVEST” if you’re an investor looking for a transparent, low risk approach to investing in Dubai real estate.

Want to get trained by me directly on how to make money flipping property in Dubai? My next free masterclass RSVP date is in my bio. I’ll see you in there! 🙌🏻

Your property isn’t selling for the price you know it deserves?

If you own it outright, are willing to sell, and it’s in standard condition, ELVN may be able to help you unlock its true value.

Through our Find Your Flip model, we fund the entire renovation, manage the process from start to finish, and transform the asset for resale.

✔️ No renovation costs
✔️ Full project management handled by us
✔️ Agent receives their 2% commission on today’s value
✔️ Agent retains exclusivity on the renovated listing
✔️ Seller maximises their return without lifting a finger

The best flips aren’t bought. They’re already owned.

The people who made millions from investing during covid had no idea they’d do so well.

All investments carry risk but the more things you consider ahead of closing on a deal, the lower the risk becomes…
