What a week! I am so honored that my 2026 Sing for Hope piano spent the week at Hearst Plaza in Lincoln Center. A more beautiful backdrop would be hard to find. I was so happy to see witness some stunning performances. Thanks to everyone at Sing for Hope, Julliard and Lincoln Center for this wonderful activation. taken in Hearst Plaza At Lincoln Center by @brooklyndreamland

I am happy to announce that my 2026 Sing for Hope Piano will be joining 5 other pianos as part of the Julliard x Hearst Plaza @lincolncenter . Public play will happen between 9/12 and 9/20 and the pianos will be part of Julliard’s PLAZAWORK. If you’re in the nabe, stop by and tickle the ivories or just take in a wonderful performance. taken in Hearst Plaza At Lincoln Center by @brooklyndreamland

I’ve always LOVED the vivid lyrics of “Drops of Jupiter,” but I also adore dreamy, sweeping jazz chords, so I had the idea to introduce it to “Misty.” They got along famously, and “Drops of Misty” was born! 🌌I’m SO GLAD to be “back in the atmosphere” of New York with the brilliant @noisesbymichael & @gttjosgar , making music on this gorgeous @singforhope piano in the sunshine & fresh air 🌿🌞🎹🦋what a joy to create with dear friends out in the world!! 🥹🌏 truly the blessing of my life!!! #nycmusic #singersongwriter #dropsofjupiter #fypシ #cover taken in Bushwick Inlet Park by @brooklyndreamland

One of my favorite performances on my 2023 Sing for Hope piano which resided at Christopher Park, Stonewall National Monument during June of that year. Celebrating Juneteenth with “Lift Every Voice and Sing”. #juneteenth❤️🖤💚 taken in Stonewall National Monument by @brooklyndreamland

It is with great sadness that I learned of the death of Danny Simmons. I met Danny in 2015 at the exhibit “Power, Protest, and Resistance” where I also saw the work of artists such as Tim Okamura, Cey Adams and Jerome Lagarrigue. I met up again with Danny at his solo exhibit in Tribeca in 2022. He was always kind and gracious and that will be missed. His artwork will live on and his impact through the @rush_arts and @rushartsphilly will continue. Farewell Danny. by @brooklyndreamland

I loved playing this beautiful butterfly @singforhope piano painted by @brooklyndreamland in @bushwickinletpark - Moondance by Van Morrison is one of my favorites to play, and it works so well at night with the backdrop of NYC behind me!
