I had a conversation with @brooselee about what brought him back to the mortgage world, and more specifically, why he chose to team up with me and All Western Mortgage. The answer wasn’t just about business. It was about purpose and trust.
ㅤ
He told me that every time he closed a loan, he felt like he was genuinely putting people in a better place. That’s the kind of mindset I value. He didn’t want to be part of a system grinding out volume, he wanted to help people in creative, intentional ways. That’s what we’re doing here.

This is more than loans. It’s about solving problems, building trust, and creating better financial outcomes. And when you have the right people on your team, that kind of work gets done the right way. by @brooselee

I asked @brooselee how it’s been settling in after nearly a year with me and the crew at All Western Mortgage, and his answer hit on something we don’t talk about enough in this industry: real support.
ㅤ
He mentioned how even with things outside his comfort zone, like social media, he’s never felt like he was doing it alone. And when it comes to complex or unfamiliar loans, he’s had a team behind him, not competition in front of him. That’s what makes our group different. No one's guarding playbooks. Everyone's sharing wins and helping each other level up.

Don’t let the headlines haunt you! The right strategy (and loan officer 😉) can make homeownership a treat, not a trick.

Been waiting for the “right time” to buy? That time might finally be here.
Affordability is improving in most major markets, and monthly payments are actually coming down.
Even a few hundred dollars in savings each month could mean a home that fits your budget and your lifestyle.
Let’s take a second look at your numbers together and see what’s possible!

@brooselee shared a real story from the field, and it’s a perfect example of what can happen when speed, strategy, and the right team come together. His client owned a three-unit property in downtown Phoenix, renting to traveling nurses and pulling in great income. But when it came time to expand the property, his original construction loan was expiring, and the daily penalties were adding up fast.
ㅤ
That’s where private capital came in. The moment we got the docs in front of the right people, the response was immediate: “We love this deal.” A couple quick conversations, minimal paperwork, and just like that, the client was funded and back on track.
ㅤ
This is exactly why it matters to have access to creative financing options and a team that knows how to move fast. In a market like this, timing and execution make all the difference. by @brooselee
