It takes more than an interest rate to make a decision. Building wealth with real estate is about first buying real estate. Once you have real estate are you leveraging it for your future self. Placing you on the best position going forward is what is in my best interest. Let’s talk about it. I want to share what’s possible. No matter the market. #mortgage #house #thehelpfullo #realestate

Power Network at The Mick was amazing!

This was our way of showing off some of the most influential, high producing real estate agents in our network and we couldn’t be more proud of our partners.

We got to treat them to a great time, great food, great connections, and great conversations.

Looking forward to the next one!

@brooselee shared a real story from the field, and it’s a perfect example of what can happen when speed, strategy, and the right team come together. His client owned a three-unit property in downtown Phoenix, renting to traveling nurses and pulling in great income. But when it came time to expand the property, his original construction loan was expiring, and the daily penalties were adding up fast.
ㅤ
That’s where private capital came in. The moment we got the docs in front of the right people, the response was immediate: “We love this deal.” A couple quick conversations, minimal paperwork, and just like that, the client was funded and back on track.
ㅤ
This is exactly why it matters to have access to creative financing options and a team that knows how to move fast. In a market like this, timing and execution make all the difference.

I said it to @brooselee and I’ll say it again, if you're a lender feeling stuck or like you're losing business, the answer might not be to grind harder. It might be to actually talk to someone who’s winning, and is willing to share. That’s the culture we’ve built here.
ㅤ
@brooselee and I are meeting with other realtors and LOs every week asking the same question: “What’s working for you?” And the follow-up is just as important, “How can we help your clients, and how can you help ours?” That’s the collaboration a lot of people are missing out on.
ㅤ
If you're tired of feeling like you're doing it alone, maybe it's time to plug into something that actually gives back.

I told @brooselee sometimes we just need to bring some honest transparency to the table. Let the client know where the file’s messy, talk through the issues, and then figure out a way forward. That extra legwork? Most lenders avoid it. But it can be the difference between another denial… or someone buying a home.
ㅤ
And that’s exactly what @brooselee said, those are actually some of his favorite files. The ones where another lender already said no. Maybe they’re self-employed. Maybe their CPA’s done everything right, but they’ve been boxed out by traditional underwriting. That’s where we step in, because we’ve got products that don’t need tax returns, just proof of income.
ㅤ
This isn’t about finding perfect files. It’s about finding solutions when others won’t.

When someone lets you pull their credit, it’s not just about a number, it’s a sign of trust. They don’t always know what the next move is, and they’re relying on us to guide them. As licensed lenders, that’s our responsibility, to not just look at a score, but to actually help someone move forward.
ㅤ
@brooselee broke it down perfectly. At All Western Mortgage, we’re not leaving credit issues to chance. We bring in a credit specialist right away. Within 24 to 48 hours, we know what needs to happen, how long it might take, and what the path looks like to qualify.
ㅤ
That’s what real support looks like, and why people keep coming back. It’s not just the loan, it’s the plan to get them there.

I asked @brooselee what skills he’s picked up recently, and what he shared says a lot about what happens when you lean into your process. He’s gotten way more confident not just in our loan products, but in understanding the entire journey a client goes through, from the first conversation to closing.
ㅤ
When you know the tools, the marketing, the structure, and the support you have behind you, you don’t hesitate. You start visualizing the path, from where they are now to where they need to go. And that’s when you know you’ve got something solid.
ㅤ
That kind of confidence doesn’t come from guessing. It comes from doing, over and over again, with a system that backs you up.
