Boosting testosterone with red light 🚨

In this clip, Bryan discusses the research around light and testosterone levels. He mentions that while red light is supportive of the Leydig and sperm-producing cells, that near-infrared light should be treated should be treated with caution.

In the full episode, we explore red and near-infrared light, mitochondrial function, recovery, inflammation and where red light therapy may fit within a broader health strategy.

Menopause and red light therapy: going to bed earlier makes no difference, and here's why. 🔴
Women of menopause age keep telling me they don't feel like themselves anymore.
Wide awake at 3 in the morning.
The problem usually isn't when you went to bed. It's the light you were sat in for the 4 hours
before it.
Bright overhead lighting tells the brain it's still daytime, and holds back the melatonin that helps
a person wind down.
Red light is the one kind that doesn't do that.
And there's a second melatonin almost nobody has heard of, which appears to run on daylight
rather than darkness.
I've been in the red light therapy industry since 2017, and I make the devices myself.
I've put it all in one article. Sleep, energy, mood, aches and skin.
What the research on infrared light actually says, and exactly how to use it at home.
So you can start tomorrow morning without guessing.

Menopause and red light therapy: the mood research, told straight. 🔴
Women of menopause age keep telling me they don't feel like themselves anymore.
Losing their tempers over things that never used to bother them.
Light and how people feel is not a new idea. Researchers have been on it for decades.
But almost all of that work shone bright white light into people's eyes, which is a completely
different thing to what I do.
The trial worth knowing about put near infrared light on people's faces, and they reported better
mood alongside feeling brighter.
Same light, same placement, both results, measured against a placebo.
I've been in the red light therapy industry since 2017, and I make the devices myself.

Menopause and red light therapy: almost everyone points the light at the wrong place. 🔴
Women of menopause age keep telling me they don't feel like themselves anymore.
Always tired, no matter how much they sleep.
Most women don't know how to use it for mood and energy.
There was a placebo controlled trial where people shone near infrared light on their face, neck
and hands.
Those were the people who reported feeling happier and less drowsy.
Face and chest first, on bare skin. As close to waking as you can, and again in the late
afternoon.
I've been in the red light therapy industry since 2017, and I make the devices myself.

🔦 The number one mistake people make when buying a handheld red light device is choosing the wrong one.

They point a small red only device at a sore knee, feel nothing after a few weeks, and decide red light does not work. It does. They just bought a device that was never going to reach that deep.

🔴 It comes down to two things: the size of the area you want to cover, and how deep you need to go. Red light works on the surface, your skin and eyes. Near infrared is invisible and reaches deeper into your muscles and joints. So once you know what you want to work on, the choice is easy.

👉 The quick guide:
Target Light 670 for skin and gentle eye sessions.
Target Light 2.0 for skin plus the odd sore joint.
Target Light 3.0 for easy, hands free sessions.
Target Light 4.0 for maximum power.
Advantage Wrap for sore, achy joints and muscles you want to wrap and forget.

🎁 Every device comes with a complimentary gift set, so you have everything you need from day one.

💬 What are you trying to work on? Tell me in the comments and I will point you to the exact handheld that fits. taken in London, United Kingdom by @bryan.gohl
