This is a cause that’s special to me. @nopoorafrica helps girls in Mozambique to finish school and achieve their professional goals. The all-local staff guide daily operations, teaching, mentoring, and providing much-needed supplies and school lunch.

This year I had the privilege to volunteer with them, producing and directing a series of short docs about 4 girls in southern Mozambique, and shepherding the organization’s rebrand.

Pup appreciate post! Maggie and Mabel have brought so much joy to our lives since we adopted them in January. Thank you @dapperjulia for fostering them, which allowed us to fall in love with these sisters. And mad props to @annazoecyrier for training them to be such great doggos. They’re a sweet, hilarious, and slightly crazy addition to our family. (Swipe to see their hole-digging obsession, including my attempt to fill it in, Mabel’s despondent reaction to its disappearance, and their speedy reopening of the dig site.)
