•ADCC ATLANTA OPEN CHAMPION•

6th ADCC Open. First gold.
I went 5-0 on the day with 4 submissions and finally got the result I’ve been chasing. After earning bronze at my previous four ADCC Opens and often having to fight 5-10+ matches just to get there it feels incredible to finally stand on top of the podium.

First and foremost, thank you to God and my family for the constant love and support. None of this would be possible without you.
@belladcampbell @lamb4bama @culturalmist @jessicalamb72 @ckelley2312 @j.art333 I love you guys.

Big congratulations to my teammates @alex_bannan @leogearheart @kayladelk and @ellieriddle. It was awesome watching all of you compete and represent our team so well.

Thank you to @professorporra @jeremy_profectus @daniolafs @profectusbwood @profectusbjj and @nashville_profectus for all the coaching, knowledge, and support you’ve given me. Every step forward I’ve made has been built on what you’ve taught me.

A huge thank you to my sponsors for helping me stay healthy, travel, and continue competing at the highest level.

@herbanmarket1 Thank you for helping me develop better habits and fueling my body with the best food possible. Your support, especially during the weight cut, has made a huge difference.

@johngriffith889 and
@griffithinjurylaw Thank you for helping with travel and housing. Your support allows me to compete as often as I do, and I am incredibly grateful for it.

@profectusbjj Thank you for providing the best gear in the game. I’m proud to represent this team every time I step on the mat.

@bjjpt_acl_guy Thank you for helping me work through injuries, recover properly, and keep my body performing at its best. You’re truly one of the best in the business.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me, trained with me, coached me, believed in me, and helped me get to this point.
This one means a lot.
Back to work. by @brylightss

@adcc_official Nashville! This was definitely one of the most tiring but fun tournaments I’ve done. The pace in the advanced division is definitely something I need to learn and made me realize things in my game I need to change! I also competed in a weight class higher than I usually compete in...had no desire to cut weight....lol. I went 3-2 winning 2 by submission and one by points. Both loses were by submission. I am always grateful for the opportunity to challenge myself against the best in the business and this tournament gave me that opportunity. I was able to compete against 2 black belts and a brown belt and this is what I need.
.
Congratulations to all of my Profectus teammates that competed and definitely showed out! Super happy to see everyone out there getting after it. @profectusbwood @profectusbjj @professorporra @jeremy_profectus
.
As always thank you to @lamb4bama @jessicalamb72 @belladcampbell @culturalmist @professorporra @daniolafs and my team for always supporting me! Y’all are awesome!!!
.
Of course thank you to my amazing sponsors for making this possible! Couldn’t do this without you guys:)

4-1 at @kratospromotions! All wins by submission and lost in points. This was a great tournament with how it was ran to how well they took care of there athletes. No one was left empty handed and they really cared for all the athletes there. Won my weight bracket and lost in the finals of the absolute. Real happy with my performance and definitely feeling it today lol. So many tough matches
