This deli was stacked to the roof with the most amazing food, ingredients and drinks. We wandered in and had the most incredible seitan with tzatziki dip.

We found the most interesting espresso bar when we visited Nottingham. @effystores has some brilliant and delicious espressos to choose from and fantastic menus for you to pick from. The staff are super friendly and will help you find the perfect espresso or coffee for you.
The baked goods are also great and are the best accompaniment to your coffee.
The espresso machine take centre stage as they are centrally located in the shop so you feel a part of the experience and the your visit feels more like kinship rather than the usual customer experience.

We’ve spent the day drinking coffee and watching the world go by in Nottingham. One of the highlights of the day was a visit to @dispatchcoffees. Its gorgeous decor, perfect coffee and delicious cakes made it the best place to start our day.

Great day riding around Carsington Water with Emrys.

It’s a 12km loop around a reservoir completely traffic free and with stunning views. #stravacycling

The reservoir was looking pretty empty due to this summer’s ridiculous weather.

We love this throne half way around! #carsingtonwater

The waters so low it looks like a beach.

Plenty of rest stops with time to play and snack!
