Husband appreciation post time. So proud of this guy who smashed an interview last week to get a new job, and has been my absolute rock, during a pretty crappy time. Love you loads @joe_eynon

FEELING PEAKY!

Sunday saw Dan take a drive up to the Peak District to join @brynmorjournal and @samanthaeynon on a hike up the Dove Valley from Milldale to Hartington following the path of the river with a loop down through a second Limestone gulley on the return leg.

It was great to be outdoors for the first time since Christmas and seeing friends for a good old natter while we walked (sorry for distracting your photo taking @brynmorjournal).

Feels like there will be a lot more hikes in the Peaks this year!

A much needed break to clear our heads - thanks to @brynmorjournal & @samanthaeynon for being the best tour guides (and pals) ✨

Summer has been awesome, and while I know it’s not actually over yet, I’m back to work on Monday, so it kind of feels like it is! Very grateful to have seen lots of lovely places. A big thank you to Joe for making it a great one @brynmorjournal

The third incarnation of this design I first came up with about 5 years ago. This was created for @brynmorjournal and is available exclusively through the Bryn Môr store (online)

This is my happy place. Drawn for @brynmorjournal
I had a lot of fun creating this one, and getting it just right took quite a while.

Are you a member of the Pro Slow Society?
This is an idea that came to me as I was falling asleep a few months back. It encapsulates everything me and Joe are building with @brynmorjournal
We absolutely don’t believe in the hustle and how fast and overwhelming the world is becoming. For us it’s all about trying to slow down, focus on the simple pleasures, stop, take notice, observe, soak things in.
Are you in?

20 years with this one today!! And I wouldn’t have it any other way. Can’t quite believe we’re old enough to have been together that long, but I can’t imagine anyone else doing this thing called life, by my side. Love you always 💕

So grateful for the time away we had in Norfolk last week. We love the area so much and it was great to get plenty of lungfuls of sea air.
Up early for work this morning and our new boiler is getting fitted today, so it’s back to all go today!
