I’ve spent a pretty joyful 4 years @onepeloton bringing yoga and meditation to members.

If you’re ever so lucky to work alongside @ahenry87, @mariamssheikh, @amgaynor713, @randyroth11, @mknzschwb, @nicearleymusic and @pete.flamman, you’ve done something right.

Will forever be cheerleading our yogi talent from the sidelines and am so grateful to have been able to work with all of you.

Friends! We are so excited to host our first retreat at our home away from home in Torre Suda! Join us this summer for daily morning practices while you live like a local. Expect lots of time in the sun on our roof, the pool, or at one of the beach clubs both within walking distance of our house.

You’ll be staying at our house or a house just around the corner from us. So it’s not a hotel stay…but that’s the best part. Hang out with great people, walk to the local market, bike to our favorite restaurants and let Harley introduce you to our neighbors.

Before we guarantee you a spot, because of the nature of bedrooms across two houses, we’re asking that anyone interested shoot us an email to frontdesk@verayoga.com with the room level you’d like to book and if you’ll be traveling with someone or solo. We’ll do our best to accommodate all!

Accommodation, yoga, breakfast, dinner, a boat day, and some transportation are included. You can rent your own car or not based on how much exploring you want to do on your own!

Brindisi is the closest airport to us which connects to many major European cities (Rome the most often) but there are now direct flights from New York to Bari which makes the journey over real easy.

Ask us all the questions, email us if you want to come and get ready for a really special trip! ❤️ taken in Torre Suda, Racale by @bschey

It’s funny when I hear people say, I go to yoga to tune out, because it’s so fully the opposite. An interesting sequence has always helped me wrap my busy, little brain around something tangible.

I created this Advanced Sequencing training so that yoga teachers can feel confident in creating smart classes. But I think the side effect is that the process of class planning this way is a real practice of mindfulness for the teacher. It’s a way to organize the chaos and create focus for everyone involved.

Join me this October 18,19, 25 + 26th from 1-6p at @verayoganyc Tribeca to sharpen your creative process and to create a whole lot of WHY behind your sequencing.

This session is $975, will count as 20 CE hours with Yoga Alliance and can go towards receiving your 300 hour training with us.

Joy embodied ❤️

@jacobbrault led a beautiful practice the morning of my 40th and asked us to set an intention, usually my least favorite prompt in a yoga class but completely apropos and perfect for the occasion. My intention heading into the second half of my little life is to embody, cheerlead and propagate joy because our time here is short and life can be tough and the world is often dark, so if I can be some bright light, in some way, I want to spend the rest of my days doing that.

Massive ♥️ to the incredible parade of people who came to hang out with us. And the biggest happy happy to @kfoss5 for her 50th and @camillenelson8 for her 70th. by @bschey

Another VERA TT is in the books ❤️

Thank you to the lovely class of 2025 for all of your insights and effort.

Thank you to our incredibly knowledgeable leaders for sharing.

Our last weekend is always a jam packed one with lots of reflection and sweet moments and this one came at the right time for me personally. One of my ❤️’s @ruvalcabarubyarleth snapped the last photo of me as I was running between our regular classes. It’s probably my favorite photo of myself ever, not because I look particularly good, but because you can see how genuinely happy I am to be in a busy studio amongst people who want to move, breathe and connect (and be sweaty).

I love everything about you @verayoganyc by @bschey

Happy New Year from us three. ❤️

For 2025: Let’s show up for each other, create communities we can champion, define family however we decide to, and as long as we don’t impede on others, really do whatever weird shit brings you joy. by @bschey
