What an incredible three years we’ve had together. I honestly couldn’t imagine my life without you in it.

Thank you for loving me, for always supporting me, and for being the caring, generous and beautiful person you are.

But what I love most is watching the mum you are. You are an incredible mother, and our kids are a reflection of that. I feel so lucky that they’ve become such a huge part of my life too.

Floyd and I absolutely love having you and the kids in our lives, and we’re keeping all of you forever. ❤️🐶

You’re always there for me. You support me, believe in me, put up with me and somehow manage to make life better just by being in it.

And yes… even though you occasionally enjoy cremating dinner 😂 and have an extraordinary talent for choosing some of the worst movies ever made, I still love you more than I can put into words.

I hope you have the most wonderful birthday because you deserve every bit of it.

no other words to describe this feeling other than deep and immense gratitude and love for every single person along the way who’s helped shape me into the person I am, I’m no one and nothing without my community — and my community just grew by 6 million Peloton members. Wow. It is such an honour to be here. To be a part of this team of world class instructors. To be held by my people as I navigate this new milestone. Friends! We are so excited to host our first retreat at our home away from home in Torre Suda! Join us this summer for daily morning practices while you live like a local. Expect lots of time in the sun on our roof, the pool, or at one of the beach clubs both within walking distance of our house.

You’ll be staying at our house or a house just around the corner from us. So it’s not a hotel stay…but that’s the best part. Hang out with great people, walk to the local market, bike to our favorite restaurants and let Harley introduce you to our neighbors.

Before we guarantee you a spot, because of the nature of bedrooms across two houses, we’re asking that anyone interested shoot us an email to frontdesk@verayoga.com with the room level you’d like to book and if you’ll be traveling with someone or solo. We’ll do our best to accommodate all!

Accommodation, yoga, breakfast, dinner, a boat day, and some transportation are included. You can rent your own car or not based on how much exploring you want to do on your own!

Brindisi is the closest airport to us which connects to many major European cities (Rome the most often) but there are now direct flights from New York to Bari which makes the journey over real easy.

With everything going on in the world, @bschey - my yogi mom & mentor asked if I’d like to create and teach a FREE class just for the trans and nonbinary community. Of course - its always a yes.
