The gallery is in. 5.21.23 was a great day. Walking down the aisle to “He Makes Me Happy” by the Muppets. Wearing my grandma’s engagement ring. Seeing my mom and dad get down on the dance floor. Having the whole room sing happy birthday to my sister. Marrying the love of my life.

It was perfect. (If you don’t count my dress breaking. Twice.)

I love you, @meadnick. And now we have an official document to prove it.

Yesterday marked 6 months since Maddie came home with us, and it’s hard to think back to our lives without this ridiculous fluff ball. Also hard to believe she came to us so hairless and skinny (she had been through a lot of stress). Swipe to see her transformation in reverse into the sassy thriving baby dog she is today.

We love our chicken. We’re so glad we agreed to “foster” her (and by that I mean we decided on the drive home she was staying). #adoptdontshop taken in Brooklyn, New York by @bshapouri
