With 3 weekly trips to STL and tournaments every 3/4 weeks meal prepping has become a massive part of our routine. It saves a ton of $ (which really matters right now) and ensures we are eating quality food when we are in our hectic schedule.
This week we will have:
Sunday night: Rotel nachos and tacos
Monday night: steak broccoli potatoes
Tuesday: spaghetti with homemade meatballs
Wednesday: steak broccoli potatoes
Thursday: (travel day to Detroit) meatball subs for lunch and steak broccoli and potatoes for dinner

What are your go tos for meal prepping? And your try to avoid meals?? Always looking for new suggestions although we are pretty simple lol by @bstoobbjj

What do my video game nerd friends think about this one….. At first I was like “Robin Hood to the rescue from the greedy video game creators”…… now I’m starting to become suspicious……. 🤨 What do you guys think is really going on? (I know I’m still gonna buy it LOL) by @bstoobbjj
