1st ever Murph.
Total Time: 55:38

In all honesty, this workout has always intimidated me. I’ve always struggled with comparing myself to others and would absolutely avoid this workout because I “didn’t want to embarrass myself” with a “slow time”. Over these last 12 months, I’ve gone to battle with that part of myself everyday. This is a step towards winning that battle.

Set the tone with a solid 1st mile and didn’t burn out.
The goal for Part 2 was E2MOM. At round 15, I pushed the pace and rested 30 seconds after each round. Part 3: finish strong.

Locked in.

Locked in Week 2. Day 2.

Today’s workout had 8 rounds of 1 minute sprints in it. I wanted to skip one round, but I didn’t.

Locked in.

30 day lock in challenge kicking off time now. Time to dial nutrition and the running back in for purposeful training not just “well I ran this week” training.
