IT’S ALL ABOUT MENTALITY!

@davidgoggins said it best: “WHO’S GONNA CARRY THE BOATS AND THE LOGS?”

When life gets heavy, your mind has to be stronger than your excuses!

FAITH FUELS THE MINDSET. DISCIPLINE BUILDS THE STRENGTH. GOD GIVES YOU THE POWER TO KEEP GOING!

The weight won’t carry itself. GET UP. SHOW UP. CARRY THE LOAD! 🔥

Back at it again. 🥋🔥 This time was at the @twincitiesrumble. Thank you Nathan Thorn, Dominic Forte, and the rest of NCKA for putting on a very fun and well run tournament. I had a blast!

My Results:
🏆 Women’s 18-39 Overall Grand Champion
🥇 Traditional Challenge
🥇 Traditional Weapons
🥈 Traditional Forms (scores were tied for 1st)

Felt good to be back on the mat and competing along side some incredible martial artists. 🙌🏻

As always thank you to my sensei, coaches, team, friends, and family for your support. Next up is Diamond Nationals, then onto representing @wkcamerica at the 2023 WKC World Championships! 🇺🇸

One of the greatest moments is sports history!! "If you ain't first, you're last."

15 years ago, Ricky Bobby and Cal Naughton Jr. used a little bit of Shake 'N Bake to reach the pinnacle of NASCAR.
