The microaggressions. The gaslighting. The subtle dismissals. The unfair treatment at work. The constant pressure to prove your worth.

My cup was filled in more ways than one this week. What filled your cup this week?

A little courage. A little connection. A little growth. A lot of gratitude. My cup is full. 🤎☕️

I’m grateful the mugs arriving safely— whew! 😂 One customer said hers was wrapped like a delicate baby and honestly… she wasn’t wrong. I was NOT about to have these mugs delivered broke down! 😂

By getting my hands in the dirt and watching new life begin to grow. 🌱

By creating spaces where women can come together, feel supported, seen, and connected.

I filled my cup by stepping outside of my comfort zone, walking into a room where I didn’t know anyone, making new connections, and having the confidence to share something I created.

And by slowing down long enough to notice the beauty around me — including a double rainbow that reminded me of God’s creation and His promises. 🌈 taken in Denver, Colorado by @btscounseling

Somebody said this was my Dolly Parton day, so I had to show you what a my 9 to 5 looks like. 😉

One-on-one support.
Groups.
Workshops.
Creating spaces for women of color professionals to connect, exhale, and feel seen.

Different rooms. Different conversations. Different needs.

But somehow, all day long…

we hold all the space. 🤎☕️

And yes… sometimes the tea too. 😂

50+ mugs later… and The Therapist Collection mug is making its way to over 10 states! 🥹☕️📦

From prepping the mugs and packing boxes to printing labels, loading the cart, and finally dropping them off… WHEW. 😮‍💨

Watching an idea turn into actual packages headed to therapists has been such a fun experience. 🤎

This week was full of figuring things out, juggling it all, and celebrating the little wins along the way. ☺️
