An incredibly difficult journey , this is not how I imagined things to turn out for me although I was not able to be out there the fight to stand here today will remain one of my greatest achievements .

Grateful for @officialteamrsa to have had the opportunity to support this team, a truly inspiring performance words cannot explain how proud I am of these girls .

I am overwhelmed by all the love and support means the world especially to my coaches who continuously stand ten toes behind me .

Long road to recovery….but God willing I will be back 🩷 taken in Glasgow, United Kingdom by @buhllee_

World championships 2025💛. First worlds and words cannot express how grateful and blessed I have been this year . I am still in disbelief of what God has done for me from making my first World Cup final and finishing 4th to getting my protea colours , a true testament to my story . truly grateful for @ilse_roets , and @leeland.christian the unwavering support and dedication has changed everything . there is still so much work to be done but I am privileged to have been on this team with these amazing girls . Thank you for all the support I’ve received, all the love is admirable. This is only the beginning !🌟🇿🇦 taken in Jakarta, Indonesia by @buhllee_
