I’ve been stretching and dancing basically my entire life, so flexibility has always just been a part of me. Then an injury happens… and suddenly something I could do without even thinking about becomes something I have to fight for again.

A few months ago vs. today….

Almost 4 weeks of not being able to move the way I’m used to, and I’d be lying if I said it hasn’t been frustrating. But this is also the part people don’t see…. the rebuilding, the patience, the little wins, and learning to meet your body where it is instead of where it used to be.

A day full of worship, wellness, and sisterhood 🤍✨

I was honored to lead a movement session this past weekend at Excel Church Worldwide’s *She Excels* women’s ministry event. We moved, encouraged one another, and made space for every woman to participate in a way that felt good for her. So grateful I could share my love of fitness and be part of such a beautiful day together. 🫶🏽
