If you play rugby league, your training should actually help you play better rugby league.

For me, the gym isn’t just about building muscle. It’s about getting stronger, more powerful, faster and building the engine to keep performing when fatigue kicks in.

Your training should have a purpose and carry over to what you do on the field.

I’m looking to take on more rugby league players and athletes who want their training built around their sport, position and goals.

If you’re ready to take your performance seriously, DM “BUILT” and let’s get to work.

Nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated.

Carbs aren’t the enemy. They’re an important source of fuel for your training.

Eating less isn’t always better. Under-fuelling your body can impact your energy, recovery and muscle growth.

And protein isn’t just for bulking. It’s essential for building and maintaining muscle, even when your goal is fat loss.

It’s about understanding what your body needs, fuelling it properly and staying consistent.

GYM FACTS YOU NEED TO HEAR.

Stop overcomplicating your training.

You don’t need 3-hour gym sessions, a new program every week or to train 7 days straight.

You need structure, effort, recovery and consistency.

Train smarter. Fuel properly. Stay consistent.

If you're looking for a quick fix, I'm probably not your guy.

Real results take time, consistency and effort. You can't expect to train for two weeks and see months worth of progress.

My goal isn't to get you results for a few weeks. It's to help you build habits, get stronger and create results that actually last.

If you're ready to put in the work, DM “BUILT” and let's get started.

Speed. Power. Strength. Conditioning.

Four key pillars of athletic performance, and each plays a role in becoming a stronger, faster and more explosive athlete.

It's not just about lifting heavy or running fast. It's about understanding how to train each quality and bring them together to perform when it matters most.

Train with intent. Follow a structure. Build for performance.

Speed & power session ⚡️

Getting stronger in the gym is one thing, but being able to turn that strength into speed and explosiveness is just as important.

A few exercises to help build power, improve acceleration and become more explosive on the field.

Keep the weight light, move with intent and focus on being as quick and powerful as possible with every rep.

Things I wish I knew sooner when I started the gym 💪

1. You don’t need to train 7 days a week to see results.
2. Eating more doesn’t automatically mean gaining fat.
3. Lifting heavier doesn’t always mean you’re training better.
4. Stop comparing your progress to everyone else’s.
5. Consistency will always beat the perfect program.

The sooner you understand these things, the easier training becomes.

Focus on yourself, stick to the basics and trust the process.

Training hard is one thing. Training with a plan is another. 💪

You can be in the gym every day, but if you’re not following a proper program, eating enough and tracking your progress, you’re making things harder than they need to be.

Whether you’re looking to build muscle, get stronger or improve your performance on the field, having a plan makes a difference.

DM “BUILT” if you’re ready to get started.

When is the best time to take your supplements?

Protein after training, creatine daily, carbs before a session and magnesium before bed.

Knowing when to take your supplements can help you build a routine that supports your training, performance and recovery.

But remember, consistency matters more than perfect timing. Get your training, nutrition and sleep right first.
Save this one for later!

Start your fitness journey before you feel ready.

You don’t need to be fit to start, know your way around the gym or have everything figured out.

Everyone starts somewhere, and the longer you keep putting it off, the longer you’re holding yourself back.

Start small, stay consistent and build from there. You’ll thank yourself in a few months.
