#MotivationMonday

120 lbs vs. 170 lbs
I NEVER track progress by the number on the scale, but I’m posting as a reminder to all ladies that having that number go up is not always a bad thing 🚫 your habits determine your results, not the number on the scale

Same person.
Different mindset.
Different discipline.
Different standards.

The life you want is built by the choices you make every day

I wish I can say this was a straight shot transformation or that it happened overnight, but FORTUNATELY I always keep it REAL.
6 years and many phases in between- all serving their own purpose and shaping the life I now live and love 🙏

Anything is possible with the right mindset and guidance 🔥🚀
My current roster is full, but new spots coming soon

Confidence isn’t something you wait for — it’s something you learn to embody! ✨

This past Sunday was all about helping women step into a version of themselves that feels confident, powerful, and unapologetically THEM.

From learning how to pose and present themselves, to walking confidently in heels, understanding body language, and most importantly — learning how to own the space you’re in!!

Because confidence isn’t just about how you look. It’s about how you carry yourself, how you see yourself, and how comfortable you are being YOU 🤍

A huge thank you to the amazing women who showed up and trusted me enough to step outside of their comfort zones. Watching each of you embrace the process, support one another, and become more confident throughout the seminar was so special.

I’m so grateful I got to create this space for you. Here’s to stepping into your confidence, taking up space, and becoming the woman you already know you’re capable of being. 🥂✨

“Walk is confidence” OCTOBER is coming with some new additions to the experience 🤫😍 by @builtbyjacky
