Training with both @builtbyjacky & @takeit2dagym has definitely been life changing. The integrity these 2 have is unmatched, the knowledge and the patience…I can only say thank you 🙏🏼.

We all know working with people is not easy, these 2 have so much passion in them and they genuinely believe you will be the best person you can be is almost impossible not to also believe it yourself. That goes for in and out the gym. Shout out to both of them for being great role models and an example to follow.
