🚨 COLLEGE BASEBALL HAS NEVER HAD A TEAM LIKE THIS. 🚨

The first nationwide recruiting group built entirely by people who have actually lived the journey.

Not salespeople.
Not outsiders.
Not advisors reading from a script.

Our team includes:

⚾️ Division I standouts
⚾️ Team captains
⚾️ All-Americans
⚾️ Professional players
⚾️ College coaches
⚾️ College World Series veterans

Meet the team:

@petermichae1— Founder & CEO | West Coast
@dylan_hoy9 — East Coast Scout & Advisor
@garret.pike — Midwest Scout & Advisor
@kaamau_13 — Central Scout & Advisor

I do my best to give my athletes the best opportunity to succeed in the game they love!

Players like Mason and messages like this always put a huge smile on my face because it's not me, it's them!

I’m just a resource helping show the way.

I’m always scream: “DO THE DRILL” and “TRUST THE DRILL.” When they buy into that and pair it with their natural ability, great things happen.

I haven’t been posting much lately, but that doesn’t mean BBN hasn’t been working. We’ve been growing and leveling up every single day.

Camps, videos, and more on the way.

…might need a full-time editor soon 😆🔥

The only way to get good at double play turns is to turn a lot of double plays! 🔥⚾️

Star drill = high reps, high accountability. Everybody’s job matters.

Try this one out and watch the double plays start rolling in.

The double play is our FRIEND 😆🔥 — don’t make it your worst nightmare!

Maybe I don’t know all the “perfect” verbiage—but I know this.
Guys with power who shouldn’t have power usually do one (or all) of these things:

• Create real whip with the barrel
• Keep the barrel in the zone forever
• Have elite separation
• Use the ground extremely well

Look at Jazz Chisholm Jr., Eric Davis, Mookie Betts, Ronald Acuña Jr., Corbin Carroll, Ichiro Suzuki.. the list goes on.

Power isn’t always about size—it’s about how you move.

This is me just thinking to myself, I'd love to hear what you guys have to say?

Pop-up communication is so important.

Who has priority?
Can you hear me?
Who actually wants the ball?

No catch = a lap or push-up.

We add pressure not just for consequence, but to imitate game situations.

So when game time comes, it’s a familiar feeling — and we can play free.

....... I'm losin' it 😆🎶 🎼

You never know what’s happening at home or in some of these kids’ lives. I have the opportunity—and the precious privilege—to be a consistent presence for them. Whether it’s 8 AM and everyone’s still sleepy, or a late-night weekend practice, my goal is to show up the same way every time: ready to encourage, ready to lead, and committed to helping them become the best athletes—and more importantly, the best people—they can be.

Coach will be there for you. Always with a smile, even if they think I'm a little crazy! 😆

🚨 Athlete Spotlight! 🚨 Check out my boy Alex Gonzalez, aka GONZO.

We call this the zig-zag drill. It teaches athletes to catch balls in full stride without slowing down and to turn their head toward the opposite shoulder (eliminating tangled feet!). These catches range from 30–60 yards—if you don’t practice it now, you won’t track balls in the game! ⚡

GET OUT OF HIS WAY when he’s running—this kid will catch everything and run you over! 💥 OH.. and he rakes!

He absolutely dominated Trackhawk Monday at camp! More videos from camp are coming soon. We have fun, and we get better—that’s what it’s all about. Come see for yourself! DM me for more info. ⚾

We can prepare with countless drills and batting practice—and we did plenty of both, and everyone did a great job. But when it’s game time, it comes down to the basics.

Pitchers who succeed throw strikes. Hitters who succeed are on time and aggressive.

Keep it simple: Pitchers... throw strikes! Hitters... see the ball, hit it hard, and don't be afraid to use the whole field. That’s what matters in a game setting.

More live at-bats coming in Week TWO of the Built By Neighbors Winter Camp. 🔥⚾️

Still time to join! 📥 taken in Long Beach, California by @builtbyneighbors
