🚨 MID-MAJOR VS POWER 5: The real difference 🚨

When Dylan Hoy transferred from Marist to Louisville, he had a concern that a lot of players keep to themselves:

Will they just see me as “the mid-major guy”?
Then he stepped on the field.

More depth? Yes.

Some guys throwing harder? Absolutely.

But the fundamentals still mattered. Throw strikes. Square up the baseball. Make the play.
You earned that opportunity through your preparation, ability, and work. Carry those things with you.

Keep developing. Keep competing. Stay true to who you are.

Your next opportunity should be a chance to grow, and you can do that while being yourself.

Send this to a player getting ready to take that next step. ⚾️

Louisville baseball is built differently.

Six trips to Omaha.
116 MLB Draft selections under Dan McDonnell.
A nationally respected development system.
And a culture centered on competition, trust and opportunity.

At Louisville, players are challenged every day—but they are also given the relationships, resources and direction needed to improve.

Add in ACC competition, postseason baseball at Jim Patterson Stadium and a proven route to the next level, and Louisville remains one of the most complete opportunities in college baseball.

Development. Balance. Opportunity.

Would Louisville make your top five? 👇

This is why TNI exists.

To build a God-centered, player-first baseball advisory that sees athletes as people—not numbers on a spreadsheet.

We believe recruiting should be rooted in honesty, genuine relationships and a complete commitment to the player and family.

We intentionally represent a limited number of athletes because this work is personal. Every player deserves our full effort, care and guidance.

When you join TNI, we care for your career as if it were our own.

The player matters. The person matters more.

Most people see Omaha.

They don’t see everything it takes to get there.

The habits. The depth. The execution. The pressure. The guys who buy into their role when nobody is watching.

Talent gets you in the conversation.

But teams that make it to the College World Series are built long before June.

What matters most in a championship team: talent, depth, or toughness? 👇

That's a wrap! As of last Friday Xander had his final Little League game. Him and his team won their district championship! I've watched him become an amazing baseball player for 6 years and he played his ass off for his last little league game. He hit a triple, a single, got walked, and was catcher for the entire game allowing no pass balls and even throwing down to second base to get the out. He had an amazing season making amazing plays, getting amazing hits and playing with an amazing team. I'm sad that it's over but I'm looking forward to the next step in his baseball journey. Wherever we play next I know he's going to kick some butt!

To anybody who knows me, sorry I'm never around that much, I've been busy helping this kid become the best baseball player he can be, but I do thank everybody who has watched his journey along the way and cheered him on!.

Xander had the game of his life last night! He pitched a complete 6 inning game shutout and his team won 9 to 0.

He threw only 65 pitches in 6 innings!

He allowed only 1 hit.

He didn't walk any batters.

He didn't hit any batters.

He never got his count above a 2-2

He made 14 of the 18 outs of the whole game!

He got 12 strikeouts!

He caught a pop fly.

He got a grounder and made the play at 2nd base.

He also got a hit both times he was at bat!

He was on fire last night!

He didn't let up and did damage during his game, but he never would've had the confidence to do what he did without knowing that he had a great team behind him to back him up, even if he made the game a little boring for everyone in the field because the ball was never really put in play.

As I've said before if you know Xander you know baseball is his life and every moment he's on that field he takes very seriously and pretends like he's an MLB player and it's thelast game of the world series. He is constantly practicing and putting the work in at home and on the field to become the best that he can be and I couldn't be any more proud of him. Thank you to everybody who has helped him along the way.

LETS GO!!!!
