RESIST
The Devil doesn’t try you when you’re locked into your endeavours and focused on your progression — he preys on you when you’re vulnerable and weak.

In May, I was the weakest I’ve ever been.
I burnt out.
I avoided my grief.
I lacked discipline.
I made a lot of poor decisions.

I was lucky to have the right people around me, and I’m forever grateful for that. But the next person might not be as fortunate.

Grief is unavoidable.
Progression is never linear.
Health is invaluable.
