I went to an event the other day, and while we were introducing ourselves, someone said, “I know you from Instagram, you bake bread!” 🤦🏾‍♀️😂

Well, I think a reintroduction is needed😄

My name is Buki, and I’m an execution coach.

You know how you can have an idea, maybe you want to launch a career coaching program, but you keep going around in circles, overthinking, doubting yourself, and not knowing where to start? I help put an end to all of that.😎

I love creating content, and I coach others to create, too.

As a recovering overthinker and people-pleaser, I understand how easy it is to stay stuck in your head, doubt yourself, and put everyone else’s priorities ahead of your own.

I believe we all have a voice. Whether you write, speak, draw, design, teach, or sing, let what God has placed inside you find its way into the world.

I turn 50 in 224 days, so I talk a lot about this phase of my life, where my hormones and I occasionally need to pause and have a meeting. 😜

My kids are in different stages of life. So, some days, I’m coaching my 19-year-old @learnwithdamola on content creation. Other days, I’m listening as my 16-year-old talks me through the latest ENHYPEN drama. And, of course, I’m baking bread with my 11-year-old chef.😁

I love my church community… great friends that have become family.

I’m a storyteller at heart and I’m proud of the woman I’ve become.

Last year, my siblings and I traveled to Nigeria for the 5th anniversary of my mum’s passing.

One of her favorite things was calling on the first of every month to pray for each of us and our spouses. This call went to voicemail because of the time difference, and I’m glad it did.

Six years today. Miss you, Mum. 💕

You have an idea. You’re excited, and you’re ready to go. Then you scroll online and see someone else already doing it.

Suddenly, you’re second-guessing everything.

Maybe it’s not the right time. Maybe there’s no room for me. Maybe it’s too late. Maybe it wasn’t even a good idea in the first place.
So, you drop the idea just like that.

𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐞.
