LS Darton Conversion...... Here at Bullet we have been busy and seen an increase in machining the Factory LS block for the high performance Darton Flanged Sleeves. This particular build received a steel main cap conversion.

The ultimate RB block deserves the ultimate head sealing solution.

@bulletraceengineering beryllium copper “fire rings” isolate the combustion chamber from the rest of the deck surface, allowing the ring to seal cylinder pressure independently instead of relying on the entire gasket to do all the work.

Big boost, high cylinder pressure, and torque coming in early on the curve are exactly where standard head gaskets start giving up — even with 1/2” studs, whether 8740 or 625+.

We spent years testing every sealing strategy we could throw at this platform: multiple MLS gaskets, Tomei, Apex, Cometic, Nitto, different step clearances from .002”-.005”, level decks, piano wire — you name it.

Nothing we’ve tried has stood up to the abuse like this Bullet block and fire ring package.

Billet RB26 Head Testing!
The @bulletraceengineering billet RB26 n and RB30 bocks have been proven many times over on the track and in street cars. Now, their new RB26 billet head is being tested for street duties and doing well. We present the Bullet Race Engineering 2JZ head! A big shout out to them and GSC for making this happen! Fresh off the pressure tester and sent to GSC for valvetrain installation! The head features large water jackets capable of enough cooling for street driving.
Factory port layout and cam arrangement for direct replacement using your existing parts.
Wet deck and dry deck options.
Option to increase valve lift with larger buckets and more valve spring installed height.
