LTS 2024 Wrapped:

As always, the biggest thank you is to the many LTS lifters around the world who make this kind of success possible. Thank you for being a part of this organization!

88 LTS lifters across 5 different continents, with representation at every major national/international meet except for Sheffield. LTS lifters at international + national + local meets established a 23.86kg/52.6lb average meet to meet PR, LTS won USAPL Central + Midwest Regionals 2024, and Coach Craig represented the United States as an assistant coach for the U.S. National Team. Many accomplishments, many memories, many relationships made, and many more are to come!

Happy 1 year anniversary to us! So many firsts have happened within Alec and I’s first year of marriage: I went to a Packers game, Alec competed and medaled nationally and internationally in powerlifting, we climbed Angels Landing, we went to Croatia, bought a house, Alec grew a mullet, and we got a dog. I am very excited to experience more of life with you ❤️ by @buobthebuffboy
