✨ TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: TAYLOR ✨

For most of my life, staying active through sports was just a part of who I was. As an adult, I kept moving by going to traditional gyms or doing at-home workouts, but keeping up the motivation on my own long term was a struggle.

After having my son, the physical and emotional toll of early motherhood caught up to me. While I was (and am) so proud that my body carried and nourished my son, I desperately wanted to feel like myself again. I found myself at my heaviest weight and completely uncomfortable in my own skin. But looking at my baby boy, something flipped. I knew I needed to step up, not just for myself but for my family.

Reincorporating Burn into my routine after the birth of my son has been just what I’ve needed, both physically and mentally. My mindset has changed from I “have” to work out, to I GET to work out. At Burn, I love that I can show up and the workouts are already completely planned for me, I just need to show up and give it my all.

So far, I’ve lost 13% body fat and am feeling like the best version of myself. 💙💛
