ALCHEMANIA Where magic meets madness. - Smoke curls through the rooms. Light fractures into impossible colours. Bubbles drift through the haze like tiny worlds looking for somewhere to land. Walls shimmer. Shapes dissolve. One room pulls you deeper, the next bends reality a little further. Nothing quite stays what it was. Somewhere between alchemy and mania, the whole place begins to transform. And once you're inside, you become part of the reaction. No spectators. No perfect formula. No guarantee of returning in your original form. ALCHEMANIA is brewing. Bring your curiosity. Bring your beautiful weirdness. Bring the element no one else can bring. Step into the reaction. Change the formula. Become part of what emerges. November 14th — the transformation begins. Mark your calendar, gather your favourite humans and keep an eye on our newsletter and social channels for the ticket link and further announcements. by @burningmannl

🔥 COULD YOU LEAD DUTCH DECOMPRESSION? 🔥 Dutch Decompression returns on 14 November to Amsterdam and we're looking for an Event Lead to help bring it to life. You won't be organising the whole event yourself. There’s already a wonderful team of experienced volunteers in lead roles ready to support you. Your role? Hold the bigger picture, bring the teams together, help set priorities and timelines, and guide all those moving pieces towards one magical night. And yes, people are waiting for it: previous editions have sold out within hours. ❤️‍🔥 So if you love our culture, have loved Dutch Decompression and feel a little spark of “hmm… maybe I could do this”... 👀 We’d really like to talk to you. Get in touch: participate@burningman.nl 🔥 14 November 🔥 Dutch Decompression 2026 🔥 Let’s make it happen by @burningmannl

"Burningman Thunderstorm Turns Apocalyptic Over 'Where the Sheep Sleep'!" During our magical event of Where the Sheep Sleep in Zeewolde we got surprised by an hugh shelf cloud thunderstorm that changed the whole atmosphere into an apocalyptic setting. I thought of capturing the beautiful lightshow that lit the sky above the event and got completely sucked into the stunning light spectacle. Before I new it I ended up in a mix of strong wind and rain which made it one of the most intense droneflights to get it back in. I nearly had to make an emergency landing and almost lost it 3 times on the way back in the trees due to rapitly shifting and downward winds, but somehow I managed to get it back in safely and was able to share this insane footage with you that the drone recorded. The footage was also played during the event at Camp Woollyhood thanks to Olaf who made a quick edit and squized in into their program. Hugh thanks for that! Thankfully there was only material dammage after this crazy Friday storm and could we quickly continue to enjoy all the magic the Sheep playa provided. Thanks for watching and looking forward to see you next year at Where the Sheep Sleep. #burningman #apocalyptic #stormchasing #droneart taken in Scoutinglandgoed Zeewolde by @burningmannl

☀️ Warm days ahead in Black Flock City ☀️ A gentle reminder from your friendly sheep: warm weather is on its way! A few ways to keep yourself and your flock happy and healthy: 💧 Drink water regularly, even if you don't feel thirsty. 🧢 Wear a hat, parasol, or other fabulous sun protection. 🌳 Take breaks in the shade during the hottest part of the day. 🍉 Eat something salty or nourishing now and then. 💛 Check in on your campmates, neighbours, and new friends. 🩺 Feeling dizzy, nauseous, confused, or getting a headache? Slow down, cool off, drink water, and visit Welfare if needed. And one more reminder: the water on site is not potable. Drinking water cartons are available at every toilet unit, and empty cartons belong in the dedicated collection bins. Let's take good care of ourselves and each other, so we can all keep exploring what lies Beneath the Surface. 🐑✨ by @burningmannl

💧 Important drinking water update 💧 Please note that the water on site is currently NOT safe to drink. The water can still be used for cooking, as long as it is brought to a rolling boil for at least 3 minutes before use. To make sure everyone stays hydrated, cartons of drinking water are available at every toilet unit throughout Black Flock City. Feel free to refill your own bottle, cup, or hydration pack from these cartons whenever needed. ♻️ When a carton is empty, please place it in the designated collection bin next to the toilet unit so we can recycle them properly. We know this asks for a little extra effort from everyone. Thank you for helping us take care of each other and keeping our city healthy and hydrated. Drink often, especially if you're busy building, dancing, wandering, or getting lost beneath the surface. 💙 by @burningmannl
