Before we transform RADION into a world of beautiful madness, we need to get our hands busy, our creativity flowing and our community together.
YOU'RE INVITED TO OUR ALCHEMANIA CRAFTERNOON! 🧪✨

An afternoon of cutting, crafting, experimenting, chatting and turning ordinary materials into extraordinary little pieces of magic.
No special skills needed. Just bring yourself, your curiosity and a willingness to get a little creative.

Come for an hour or stay all afternoon. Bring a friend, meet some new ones and help us create the magic that will fill RADION on November 14.

🔥 A New Monthly Burner Pub! 🔥

Yes, it’s happening! 🌈 We’re starting a monthly Burner Pub for the community around Nijmegen, Arnhem and Wageningen, and our very first gathering is this Friday, September 25 in Groesbeek! 🥳

Every month, we’ll meet at a different location in the area to connect, make new friends and keep the burner spirit alive between burns. ✨

All burners are welcome, from the local community, across the border in Germany, and of course anywhere else! ❤️‍🔥

We keep coming back to the same thing:
Some things you cannot paint, talk about, or explain.
You have to do them.
That’s why we love Joseph Campbell and Clarissa Pinkola Estés.
Campbell says: Myth is the map. It shows you how a human dies to one life and is born into another.
Pinkola says: Stories are medicine. But only if you live inside them — with fire, with body, with others around you. Otherwise the soul stays hungry.
Ritual is where both meet.
It’s not performance. Performance pretends.
Ritual does. It makes the map real in the body.

Following on from my last post about why I love coaching, here’s a bit more on how I actually work.

A couple of years ago I stood in a forest at @burningmannl , surrounded by this installation of mirrors. Every angle showed something different, none of them wrong, just partial. I think about that a lot in my coaching work. So often we get stuck seeing a situation from one single angle and mistake it for the whole picture. My job is to help you find the others.

Who do I work with? People navigating change, feeling stuck, or sensing that something needs to shift. That might look like chasing a goal that keeps slipping out of reach, sitting with a big decision, a leadership challenge, a wobble in confidence, or something much more vague. Whatever it is - work, life, or somewhere in between - that’s where I come in.

What is coaching with me like? Playful and creative, because getting unstuck rarely happens by overthinking harder. I work with the whole person, not just the problem in front of us, helping you reconnect with what’s true for you underneath the noise. I love embodiment work in particular; getting out of our heads and into our bodies is often where the real answers show up. One client described our sessions as “a holiday from her head.” I listen deeply, and I’ll tell you what I’m hearing, so together we get a clearer view of where you are, where you want to go, and how you might move there.

I also draw on over 20 years’ experience in the non-profit sector, including managing teams through some tricky transitions. So alongside the playfulness, there’s a steadiness that comes from having navigated plenty of change myself both inside and outside of work.

I’m opening a limited number of spaces over the next six months, at a reduced rate while I complete my accreditation with @coactiveleaders . Weekdays, 9am–5pm Dutch time, online or in Amsterdam.

You survived the playa.
You found the sunrise.

Trade the desert dust for Caribbean sand.
Trade the RV for bare feet.
Trade the cold winter back home for warm nights, jungle parties, long lunches, turquoise water and that dangerous little sentence:

“What if we all meet in Tulum?”

This is your sign to start the group chat now.

Call the Burn crew.
Find the dates.
Book the flights before everyone gets “responsible” again. 😂✈️

December rolls straight into the legendary January season, when Tulum wakes up in a completely different way.

Days by the sea.
Nights in the jungle.
Old friends reconnecting.
New friends appearing from absolutely nowhere.

And somewhere between sunset and sunrise, someone will inevitably say:

“We should do this every year.”

And when you need a home base between all the madness, the Caribbean is waiting.
